In a harrowing turn of events, a tragic accident claimed the lives of two individuals and left eight others injured when a Toyota Wish vehicle carrying ten passengers veered off the road and hit a tree along the Kudenga-Karimba Road in Marondera.
The incident occurred on the 15th of June 2024. Police confirmed the details of the incident on their X handle. “…two people were killed whilst eight others were injured when a Toyota wish vehicle with ten passengers on board veered off the road and hit a tree along Kudenga–Karimba Road, Marondera on 15/06/24 at around 1400 hours,” reads the statement.
