Harare police are currently conducting a thorough investigation into a tragic hit-and-run incident that resulted in the untimely death of a 31-year-old man. The incident occurred on May 4, 2024, along Tafara Way in Mabvuku, near Kamunhu Business Centre.
According to preliminary reports, the victim was struck by an unidentified motorist who was driving a Toyota Vitz vehicle. Shockingly, the driver of the vehicle did not stop to render assistance or report the incident to the authorities.
Tragically, the victim lost his life instantly due to the severity of the collision. The police have since launched an intensive investigation to identify the responsible driver and bring them to justice.
