Two killed in Zimbabwe minibus crash
The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) have confirmed a fatal road accident that took place on Sunday along the Harare-Bulawayo Road. The crash occurred at around 1:10PM near the 124 kilometer peg.
According to police, a Toyota Hiace minibus carrying 14 family members veered off the roadway and rolled over. Sadly, two people lost their lives in the accident. A further 12 individuals sustained varying injuries in the crash.
The bodies of the deceased were transported to Kadoma General Hospital for post mortem. The injured passengers were also taken to the same hospital for medical treatment.
