A Norton woman was robbed of her Mercedes Benz while enjoying drinks with friends at a Whitehouse bar on Saturday. Pauline Chiriya, aged 36 and a resident of Ngoni suburb, parked her Mercedes Benz C180 Compressor (AFA 9273) at Madhadha Bar before proceeding to join her friends.
When she returned to the parking lot around 9:30 pm, she discovered that her car had been stolen.
The incident was confirmed by the Harare provincial police spokesperson, Inspector Luckmore Chakanza, who stated that investigations had commenced. The matter has been referred to the police’s Vehicle Theft Squad for further investigation.
