A 21-YEAR OLD man from Richmond suburb in Bulawayo has appeared in court facing charges of indecently assaulting a 16-year-old girl.
Kelvin Ngwenya appeared before Bulawayo magistrate Nomagugu Maphosa.
He was not asked to plead and was remanded out of custody to 28 August. Circumstances are that on 8 December last year Ngwenya who was staying at the same house together with the victim, called her into his room and she complied.
It is reported that when she entered he instructed her to sit on his bed.
It is alleged that Ngwenya then locked the door and started t0uching the complainant’s breɑsts while forcing her to lie on her back.
Ngwenya is alleged to have forcibly k!ssed the girl.
The seemingly traumatised girl went and reported the matter at Sauerstown Police Station leading to Ngwenya’s arrest.
