A woman from Warren Park, Zimbabwe, has taken her son to court with a request to bar him from her home.
Marble Muchoba accused her 36-year-old son, Philemon, of accusing her of witchcraft and using him as a ƨǝxuɑl partner in his slǝǝp.
The accusations began after Philemon married a ƨǝx worker who would insult his mother when she got drunk. Muchoba asked him to move out after he refused to tolerate his wife’s disrespectful behaviour towards her.
Philemon countered that if his wife was chased away, he would start slǝǝping in his mother’s bedr00m. He also threatened to spread the witchcraft accusations against her at her church.
Philemon denied the claims, saying he had always maintained peace towards his mother.
However, magistrate Sharon Mashavira granted Muchoba’s application, ordering Philemon to vacate with his belongings and stop harassing his mother.
