Socialite and comedienne Felistas Murata popularly known as Mai TT has been slapped with a nine months jail term after being convicted of theft of trust property.
1st sentence: 3-month jail term for defaulting community service in 2015 after a domestic violence case.
2nd sentence: 6 months for theft of trusted property after she hired a car and gave it out as a guarantee for a US$10 000 loan.
