A FORMER Bulawayo senior police officer who allegedly forced his drinking mate to suck his manh00d until he ejaculatǝd on his hand while threatening to stab him with a knife appeared in court facing an aggravated indecent assault.
Tasvika Moyo (42) pleaded not guilty to the charge.
Moyo sensationally resigned from the police force after his drinking mate Unity Mandaza (30) filed charges against him for allegedly forcing him to suck his manh00d.
Moyo was represented by his lawyer Tinashe Dzipe.
In defence before Bulawayo regional magistrate Elisha Singano, Moyo said on 18 October last year he was boozing in the company of three female patrons at a hotel situated at Lobengula Street and 8th Avenue in Bulawayo.
He said they were later joined by Mandaza. Moyo further said: “After a couple of hours before midnight Mandaza asked me to talk to one of the females so as to quench his ƨǝxual appetite since he had gone for a couple of days without having ƨǝx with his wife whom he had mar!tal problems with.”
He added: “I agreed and charged him US$20 to drive him to a secluded place and for him to have ƨǝx in my car. He told me had left his money at Tredgold court where he was stationed and promised to pay me later. I agreed. I drove them to a secluded place and they engaged in ƨǝx on the back seat of my car while I was sitting in the front seat. After the second ƨǝx session Mandaza requested for US$10 and promised to pay it later. I gave him and he engaged in the third session,” he said.
Moyo said when his drinking mate was done the lady went and he drove Mandaza to Tredgold Building.
“When we got there he went inside and returned within a few minutes claiming that thieves broke into his office and stole the money.
“I told him I will get him arrested and then he went inside saying he wanted to borrow the money but he never returned.
“I then drove home. The following day I received a call summoning me to Bulawayo Central Police Station and I was arrested,” he said.
Mandaza said: “I met Moyo in the company of three females at a hotel situated along Lobengula Street and bought him beer till around 10pm.
After that when the hotel was closed we shifted to a hotel which is situated along Jason Moyo Street, we had more booze there and later I hired a ƨǝx worker. After the ƨǝx session the h00ker left. He asked me to sit in the front seat.”
He added: “He grɑbbed my hɑnd and put it on his trousers and made me feel his manh00d. He forced me to suck his manh00d while threatening to stab me with a knife that he was holding.
“I sucked it and when he was about to ejɑculɑtǝ, I moved my mouth away, he ejɑculɑted on my hand. After that he drove to the Tredgold building and left me there. After a few minutes I went to Bulawayo Central Police Station and reported the incident.”
Moyo was remanded out of custody to 29 May for judgment.
