Newly appointed magistrate Ssemwogerere Ammaari Musa has been sacked after he was caught dressed as a woman sitting an exam for his cheating girlfriend!
Musa, going by the alias Anthony Mukisa, was busted by an eagle-eyed invigilator sitting the Bar Course exam at Lira Campus for student Irene Mutonyi.

Police arrested the so-called ‘judge in drags’ and charged him with forgery and impersonation. He has been remanded in custody until his next court appearance on August 3.
The Ugandan Judiciary said Musa, who had just finished a one month probation, will not be employed after his cross-dressing exam cheat scandal.
This sh0cking incident follows similar cases across Africa where lovestruck men have been caught impersonating women to cheat in exams for their girlfriends.
In Senegal in 2021, Khadim Mboup donned a wig, headscarf and woman’s clothing to sit 3 days of his girlfriend’s English exams. An invigilator rumbled his disguise and called the cops.
And in 2017 a Zimbabwean man was arrested for dressing as a woman to write his girlfriend’s exam! He was spotted by a hawk-eyed invigilator who alerted police.
So-called ‘magistrate in drags’ Musa is the latest cheating cross-dresser to be caught red-handed and handed a criminal charge for his desperate deceit – all because of love gone wrong!
