Hubby and baby take turns to be breastfed by Mutambara woman with ‘sweet milk’… I caught her cheating with another man

A Mutambara traditional court recently heard an extraordinary case involving a woman who confessed to breastfeeding her husband for years. The unusual revelation unfolded during a hearing initially focused on allegations of infidelity, leaving the court and the wider community stunned.

Nancy Mutsakani appeared before Chief Mutambara last Saturday, facing accusations of adultery with a man identified as John Sandirawo. However, the proceedings took an unexpected turn when Mutsakani revealed a far more unusual aspect of her marriage.

She explained that she had divorced her husband, identified only as Marowa, in August of this year following a violent altercation triggered by her weaning of their youngest child.

Mutsakani’s testimony detailed a long-standing and unusual practice within the marriage.

“I loved him so much that I fed him with my breast milk without any objections. I have been breastfeeding him every time I have a baby, and he would constantly tell me that my milk was so sweet,” she explained.

She described a routine where she would simultaneously breastfeed their youngest child and her husband, switching between the two.

“For my toddler whom I weaned off in August, they would exchange the breasts, and he would claim that of all our four children, this one loved him more as the child would hand him the breast after suckling,” she added.

The weaning of their youngest child in August proved to be a turning point in their relationship.

“He only got to know that I had weaned our youngest child after the breast milk had dried up. He became so violent,” Mutsakani told the court.

The husband’s alleged violent reaction to the cessation of breastfeeding underscores the unusual dependence he had developed on this practice.

Marowa, however, vehemently denied Mutsakani’s claims.

“She is lying. She never breastfed me. She is saying all this rubbish to try and conceal her dark secret. The truth is that she cheated on me with Sandirawo whom I saw kissing and hugging her. She cheated on me, and never gave me a divorce token like she is alleging today,” he countered.

The conflicting accounts presented to Chief Mutambara highlight the complexities of the situation and the need for a thorough investigation. The unusual nature of the central claim – the long-term breastfeeding of the husband – has understandably drawn significant attention.

However, Chief Mutambara who was faced with these conflicting accounts and the unusual circumstances opted for a more conciliatory approach. He ordered the couple to resolve their dispute with the involvement of their respective families.

The chief also cleared John Sandirawo of any wrongdoing, stating that Mutsakani had informed him that she was single.
