2 people feared dead, several others seriously injured as 2 kombis collide along Seke Road in Hatfield

The intersection of Seke and St Patricks roads in Hatfield, Harare, commonly known as “Jongwe Corner turn off”, has once again become a scene of tragedy, claiming the lives of at least two people in a horrific collision involving two commuter omnibuses this morning.

The accident, which occurred at the busy intersection, involved two kombis, leaving a trail of devastation in its wake.

While the exact details of the accident are still unclear at this moment, pictures and videos of the scene have already begun circulating on social media, offering a glimpse of the carnage that unfolded.

 

According to ZBC News, two people are feared dead, and the exact number of injured could not be ascertained by the time the news crew left the scene. Ambulances were observed ferrying the injured to Parirenyatwa Hospital and Harare Hospital.
