A 40-year-old man from Joburg shared his struggles: “Since 2020, I’ve sought help from doctors and traditional healers across Mzansi. My problem has caused some women to leave me. The story in Daily Sun gave me hope that visiting the sangoma could make my 4-5 work like an oiled machine again.”
A 45-year-old man from Tshwane expressed similar concerns about his performance, which has affected his relationships.
“I want to fix my 4-5 to satisfy my current partner who understands my issue. I’m worried she might leave me,” he said.
Another man (42) from Zonkizizwe, Ekurhuleni, has tried medical interventions without long-term success.
