Popular Zimbabwean radio personality Kudzai Violet Gwara, affectionately known as KVG, is currently enjoying a well-deserved maternity leave. The Star FM presenter, famed for her captivating 3-2-6 Express drive-time show (rated the most listened-to in its timeslot), recently welcomed a baby, as confirmed by H-Metro, who previously named her the country’s best radio personality.
While KVG’s professional achievements are well-documented, details of her personal life remain largely private. A source close to the presenter revealed that, “What we know is that she is now on maternity leave. The problem is that KVG doesn’t share her social life and we don’t even know who is even the man who caught her heart. Everything she does remains secretive. KVG’s journey to radio stardom began after her education at Mutiunokura Primary School in Mufakose, where she excelled in athletics, and Musengezi High School. Earlier this year, in February, KVG’s personal life made headlines when she received a BMW car as a Valentine’s Day gift from her then-mysterious partner. She shared her joy on social media, writing: “Good things happen in good time…I decided to save this moment so that I share it with you on this special day where Love is celebrated world over… It feels so good to be loved by you Babe❤ Thank you @highclasscarsales for delivering my baby in style.”
