In a tragic turn of events, a client of a brothel in the Ext 10 informal settlement of Burgersfort, Limpopo, has died after allegedly engaging in ƨǝxuɑl intercourse with one of the ƨǝx workers. The incident has left the local ƨǝx worker community in a state of shock, leading them to temporarily cease their services.
According to the Limpopo South African Police Service (SAPS), the deceased, a man estimated to be in his early 30s, was discovered unresponsive by his female companion in her rental room on May 26th, around 12:30 PM. Emergency medical services were immediately contacted, but the man was pronounced dead on the scene.
“Preliminary investigations have commenced, and the cause of death remains undetermined at this stage,” said Limpopo police spokesperson, Colonel Malesela Ledwaba.
“The police are awaiting the results of a post-mortem examination, which will provide more insight into the circumstances surrounding the death.”
