My Zimbabwe has launched its International News Website. The new website, Crazy News 24, whose website address is www.crazynews24.com looks exactly like My Zimbabwe's website, in terms of design (layout and colours).

Speaking after officially opening the website, Mr Daniel Tichareva, the Senior Project Manager of My Zimbabwe said the news company had deemed it fit to extend its wings to all parts of the world.

"There is a lot of unbelievable stuff that's happening throughout the world. My Zimbabwe could not publish all international news on its website, so we thought of enlarging our territory by launching up an international website in the name of Crazy News 24. This new website mainly publishes African news but in the near future we shall be covering all parts of the world," said Mr Tichareva.

He said the international community has already welcomed the project, even before its official launch.

"We created a Facebook page for Crazy News 24 two weeks ago where we have been posting some of our news. The page has already attracted 24,000 fans within 14 days. To me it's a clear sign that people from all parts of the world have welcomed Crazy News 24. It took My Zimbabwe almost a year to get 47,000 fans on Facebook, but Crazy News 24 has attained half of that in less than a month," he added.

Senior Editor for the newly launched news website, Miss Ethel Masango said their website's name perfectly describes the kind of news they publish.

"We are an African owned project whose objective is to publish and tell the world the craziest news on the planet. Our name Crazy News 24 simply says it all, that we publish the craziest news throughout the day," said Miss Masango.

Crazy News 24 and My Zimbabwe are both subsidiary of Mansheb Web Marketing, a web design and web hosting company based in Zimbabwe. The company boasts of over a hundred clients from Zimbabwe and abroad. According to Google, Mansheb's international website (www.mansheb.com) is the most popular web design company in Africa. The website is ranked within the first 10 results on Google searches for keyword related to web design in almost all African countries.
